Mushroom Tags

I wanted to make and share my mushy mushrooms into tags. I'm glad I did. They turned out really cute.

Materials:
8.5x11 cardstock or matte photo paper
scissors
hole punch

Directions:
Print out the mushroom tag template on a 8.5x11 cardstock or matte photo paper. Set printer options to fit to page.
Cut out template pieces.
Punch holes at the top of tags.

Add a ribbon and they turn into lovely mushroom bookmarks. And Yes, in case you were wondering, I am a Pride and Predjudice fan.
